New Homes Division
We’re looking for on-site job superintendents for our new home division. Required skills include homebuyer relations, subcontractor relations, code enforcement relations, state of Florida and local building code knowledge, trades knowledge, and efficient project scheduling with attention to cost and detail. You must be capable of efficiently managing at least ten or more concurrent units.

Commercial Division
We’re looking for on-site job superintendents for our commercial projects. Required skills include site work preparation, pre-engineered buildings construction, subcontractor relations, code enforcement relations, State of Florida and local building code knowledge, trades knowledge, and efficient project scheduling with attention to cost and detail.
